Bob Caporale
Bob Caporale is the owner and founder of Strategy Generation Company, a training and coaching business focused on helping managers and leaders succeed within highly competitive business environments. Prior to his current role, Bob spent over 20 years in the corporate world, serving in leadership and executive roles for multi billion-dollar global businesses. Bob is also the author of Creative Strategy Generation, published by McGraw-Hill Education in 2015. Throughout his career, Bob has been involved in the recruiting and hiring of hundreds of employees for both small and large businesses, and is thrilled to be able to share his experience with future generations of college graduates through the What Now Workshop.
Al DiGuido
Al DiGuido was one of the early pioneers of email and media marketing technology platforms throughout the 2000s and beyond, serving as CEO of Bigfoot Interactive, Epsilon Interactive, Zeta Interactive, and Optimus Interactive. Al was also the President of North Six Agency in New York City, and is the owner and founder of Saugatuck Sweets, a premium ice cream and candy business located in Fairfield, CT. In 2004, Al founded the local charity Al’s Angels to provide holiday meals and gifts for thousands of children with cancer, rare blood diseases, and financial hardship. Al thrives on igniting courageous passion, inspiring team members, and building organizations that are true market success stories.
